At THS Fashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing a hassle-free exchange and refund process. We understand that preferences may change, and you may occasionally need to exchange an item.
🛑 Important Restrictions
- We offer a flexible exchange policy for Unstitched Sarees ONLY.
- Stitched, Customized, or International Orders are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.
- All exchange requests and details must be initiated immediately via our official Exchange Form.
- Any changes once an order is processed cannot be guaranteed.
🛍️ Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The saree must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all tags, cards, and labels intact, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Product Availability: Exchange is subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you will be issued Store Credit.
- Online Purchases: Can only be exchanged through online channels.
- Right to Determine: THS Fashion reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of any exchange request.
2. Timeframe for Exchange

3. Excluded (Non-Exchangeable) Items
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange, return, or refund:
- Stitched or Customized sarees/products.
- International orders.
- Items that have been altered according to your specifications.
- Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or non-manufacturing defects.
- Items classified as “Sale,” “Sample Sarees,” or “Marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable”.
4. Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Fill out the Exchange Form within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel, or contact our Customer Support team via thesaarigirl@gmail.com, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
- Provide Details: Submit your order number, details of the item, and the reason for exchange.
- RA Number: Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).Customers must first inform the team before processing or returning any order. Items sent back without an RA Number will not be accepted.
- Exchange Fee: A fee of Rs. 1,500 is charged for the exchange process (this excludes the separate delivery fee).
- Reverse Pickup: If your exchange is accepted and falls within our reverse pickup cities, a rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the new one (simultaneously or shortly after). For remote areas, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.
5. Exchange Options
If your item is eligible, you may choose one of the following:

| Equal Value | We facilitate the exchange and ship the new item. |
| Lesser Value | You will receive Store Credit for the difference in price (no cash refund). |
| Higher Value | You must pay the price difference plus any applicable taxes/fees before the new item is shipped. |
| Store Credit | Store credit equivalent to the item’s value will be issued, valid for 30 days. |
6. Shipping Costs (Exchange)
- The customer is responsible for the exchange fee (Rs. 1,500) and all shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
- Delivery charges (starting from Rs. 350) are not reimbursed (even for faulty products).
- If a courier delivery is attempted twice and the parcel is not handed over, the exchange fee and delivery fee will be charged again for redelivery.
✂️ Alterations in Stitching
- Measurement Tolerance: Measurements may differ by 1-2 inches as items are not mass-manufactured.
- Our Error: If the stitching error is on our part, your alteration will be processed free of cost.
- Customer Change: If the issue is due to a change at your end, alterations can still be executed with a fee starting from Rs. 1,500 (depending on the service required).
- Process: For alteration requests, please WhatsApp us immediately. The first step is to have the saree delivered to us for confirmation and processing.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit ONLY; cash refunds are NOT provided.
- Refunds are NOT applicable to Stitched, Customized, or International Orders.
Refund Eligibility & Terms
- Items must be in perfect condition with tags intact. Damaged or ripped items are not eligible.
- Refund claims must be made within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our address at their own expense.
- Refunds reimburse the product’s purchase price only; shipping costs are not included.
- For unstitched items with processing delays, customers are eligible for Store Credit valid for 90 days.
